1. Why this policy exists
Like most websites, this site stores small amounts of data in your browser. Some of it is required for the site to work at all; the rest is only stored if you allow it. This policy lists everything we store, what it is for, and how long it stays.
This policy sits alongside our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
2. Your choice
When you first visit the site, we ask what you allow. You can:
- accept measurement cookies,
- keep only what is strictly necessary — the refusal is a single click, exactly like acceptance,
- or open Preferences and decide category by category.
You can change your decision at any time: choose Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Your decision is remembered for 12 months, and we ask again if this policy changes materially.
Nothing that requires consent is loaded before you give it. If you decline, the site works exactly as it does otherwise — no feature is withheld.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed to deliver a service you have asked for — showing the site securely, keeping you on the language version you chose, and protecting our forms from abuse. They are set by this website only, they are never used to build a profile, and under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive they do not require consent.
| Name | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
xentron-technologies-session |
Identifies your browsing session so that a form submission can be matched with the page it came from, and protects against cross-site request forgery | 2 hours |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Carries the security token that proves a form was submitted from our own page | 2 hours |
xentron_locale |
Remembers the language version you chose, so that you are not redirected again on your next visit | 12 months |
4. What we store in your browser instead of cookies
Some information is kept in your browser's own storage rather than in a cookie. It is never sent to us automatically — only when you submit a form, and only the parts described below. You can clear all of it at any time through your browser settings.
| Key | Purpose | Kept until |
|---|---|---|
xentron.consent |
Your cookie decision, so that we do not ask again on every page | 12 months |
xentron.configurator.v1 |
Your progress in the service configurator, so that you can come back to it without starting over | You press Start over, or clear your browser storage |
xentron.roi |
The values you entered into the ROI calculator | You clear your browser storage |
xentron.attr |
The campaign parameters and the referring page of the address you arrived on. If — and only if — you later submit a form, they are sent with it so that we know which campaign or page led to your enquiry | You close the browser tab |
5. Measurement
Our own event counter uses no cookie and no browser storage at all. It increases daily totals per page and per language, and records nothing about you as an individual. It therefore runs whatever you decide in the banner.
Beyond that counter, no analytics or advertising service is currently active on this site. If we introduce one, it will appear in the table below, it will be loaded only after you consent, and we will ask for your consent again before it starts.
| Provider | Purpose | Cookies | Requires consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| — | No third-party analytics service is currently in use | — | — |
6. No third-party content, no advertising
We do not embed videos, maps, fonts, social media buttons or chat widgets from other companies, so no third party can read your browser from these pages. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. We do not run advertising and we do not participate in advertising networks.
7. Controlling cookies in your browser
Independently of our banner, every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent our forms from working, but the rest of the site will still be readable.
8. Questions
If anything here is unclear, write to info@xentrontech.com and we will explain it.
