Xentron Intelligence
Your company already has the data AI needs. Now make it usable.
Private AI at your premises, working with your corporate knowledge — with the Protect security layer included, as a monthly service.

- Protect included
What Intelligence is
Three layers. One service.
Secure Data
The Protect security layer at your premises.
Private AI
AI capability deployed next to your data.
Specialised AI Agents
Configured to the work your teams do.
Xentron Intelligence
Protected data, private AI and AI Agents — delivered as a monthly service.
Private AI at your premises
AI goes to the data — not the other way around.
Xentron Intelligence deploys private AI inside your environment, next to the corporate knowledge it works with. Documents, policies and records become answerable without sending them to external AI services.
Because Intelligence includes the Protect security layer, the knowledge AI works with is protected, recoverable and under your control.

Can access
Private AI response
Based on the supplier contracts and budget documents you can access: three supplier payment milestones fall due next quarter, and the annual budget review must be submitted before the end of the second month.
Illustrative example. Actual behaviour depends on your configuration and permission model.
AI Agents
Put AI to work on real business tasks.
Configurable business capabilities, not separate AI products.
Agent names and scope are current positioning definitions and are configured to each organisation’s data and permissions.

Estimate the productive capacity AI could return.

Potential productive capacity

Potential productive capacity based on your assumptions. This is an illustrative estimate — not a guaranteed saving and not a price calculation.

FAQ
Questions about Xentron Intelligence
Still have questions?
What is the difference between Protect and Intelligence?
Xentron Intelligence includes everything in Protect and adds private AI at your premises, access to your corporate knowledge with permission awareness, and configurable AI Agents.
What are AI Agents?
AI Agents are configurable business capabilities — for example knowledge search, management summaries, contract understanding or HR knowledge. They are not separate AI products; they are configured to your data, workflows and permissions.
Will every user see the same AI answers?
No. Answers respect the permissions you define. The same AI and the same question can lead to different answers for users with different access rights.
How do you measure the value of private AI?
We recommend measuring AI in productive time returned, not in tokens. Our ROI calculator estimates potential productive hours per year from your own assumptions: users × minutes saved per day ÷ 60 × working days per year. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed saving.
Who controls the data?
Your organisation controls its corporate data, users, business permissions and internal data governance. Xentron is responsible for providing the infrastructure and delivering deployment, configuration, support, warranty and lifecycle services.
Is Xentron GDPR compliant?
The Xentron operating model is designed to support your data governance requirements, because corporate data remains at your premises under your control. GDPR roles depend on the actual support, access and logging arrangements, and are defined in the contractual and data processing framework for your service.
