Still have questions?

What does Xentron Technologies do?

Xentron Technologies is a European service operator. We bring secure data infrastructure and private AI to your own premises and provide the associated deployment and support as a predictable monthly service.

How are Xentron, ViVeSec and ViVeTech related?

ViVeTech is the technology developer. ViVeSec is the technology ecosystem, including ViVeSec Box and ViVeSec AI Box. Xentron Technologies is the European service operator that provides, deploys and supports this infrastructure as a monthly service. Your organisation remains the controller of its business data and user permissions.

Is Xentron a cloud service?

No. Xentron is not a provider-hosted cloud service. The infrastructure is provided by Xentron and deployed inside your premises, so your business data does not need to be moved to Xentron-owned remote infrastructure.

Can I buy the ViVeSec Box outright?

Xentron does not sell the devices as products. We provide a service: the infrastructure, its deployment, installation, commissioning, configuration, technical support, warranty handling and lifecycle services are included in a monthly service fee.

What does the monthly fee include?

The monthly fee covers the provision of the infrastructure plus deployment, installation, commissioning, configuration, technical support, warranty handling and device-lifecycle services. For Xentron Intelligence, AI configuration is included where applicable.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Every organisation has different data volumes, users, locations and AI needs. We prepare each proposal individually. Use the Service Configurator or Request a Proposal and we will respond with a proposal for your organisation.

How does a project start?

The service journey follows six stages: assess, design, deploy, configure, operate and support. It starts with understanding your data, risks, users and objectives.

What is Xentron Protect?

Xentron Protect is secure on-premise data infrastructure focused on business continuity: secure local storage, encrypted file sharing, access management, backup and recovery, ransomware recovery capability, business continuity support, encrypted communication and secure remote access — delivered with the full service layer.

Who is Xentron Protect for?

Organisations with critical data, a low tolerance for downtime, exposure to ransomware, a need for data control or secure sharing, and those that want to avoid a major upfront infrastructure investment.

What is the difference between Protect and Intelligence?

Xentron Intelligence includes everything in Protect and adds private AI at your premises, access to your corporate knowledge with permission awareness, and configurable AI Agents.

What are AI Agents?

AI Agents are configurable business capabilities — for example knowledge search, management summaries, contract understanding or HR knowledge. They are not separate AI products; they are configured to your data, workflows and permissions.

Will every user see the same AI answers?

No. Answers respect the permissions you define. The same AI and the same question can lead to different answers for users with different access rights.

How do you measure the value of private AI?

We recommend measuring AI in productive time returned, not in tokens. Our ROI calculator estimates potential productive hours per year from your own assumptions: users × minutes saved per day ÷ 60 × working days per year. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed saving.

Who controls the data?

Your organisation controls its corporate data, users, business permissions and internal data governance. Xentron is responsible for providing the infrastructure and delivering deployment, configuration, support, warranty and lifecycle services.

Is Xentron GDPR compliant?

The Xentron operating model is designed to support your data governance requirements, because corporate data remains at your premises under your control. GDPR roles depend on the actual support, access and logging arrangements, and are defined in the contractual and data processing framework for your service.

Does Xentron support NIS2 requirements?

Protection, access management, backup, recovery and continuity capabilities are designed to support cybersecurity and resilience requirements such as those in NIS2. Compliance itself depends on your organisation’s overall measures and governance.
