By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is for

This site describes our services to organisations. It is aimed at businesses and public sector bodies, not at consumers.

The content is provided for general information. It is not an offer within the meaning of the Commercial Code, and nothing on this site creates a contract. We publish no prices: every engagement is scoped and quoted individually, and the binding terms are only those of a signed contract.

The content is also not professional, legal or security advice. Decisions about your own infrastructure remain yours.

3. Accuracy of the content

We prepare the content of this site with care and keep it up to date. Even so, descriptions of services, technical capabilities and timelines may change, and we may correct or withdraw them at any time without notice. Statements about availability, recovery objectives, service levels and certifications are binding only where they are set out in a signed contract.

4. How you may use the site

You may read, print and share the content for your own business purposes, provided you do not remove any indication of its source.

You may not:

• use the site in a way that disrupts it, or attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public;
• submit false details or somebody else's details through our forms;
• collect data from the site by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing;
• reuse our texts, images or diagrams commercially without our written permission.

5. Documents from the resource library

Documents we make available may be used inside your own organisation for the purpose of evaluating our services. They remain our intellectual property, and personal download links we send you are meant for you alone.

"Xentron", "Xentron Protect", "Xentron Intelligence" and "ViVeSec" and the associated logos are used as the marks of their respective proprietors. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

Where we link to another website, we do so because we consider it useful. We have no control over its content and we take no responsibility for it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee it. We may suspend, restrict or discontinue the site or any part of it for maintenance or for any other reason.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may amend these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the use of this site, are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
